1. Services
RuthikshaInfotech provides software development, web development, mobile app development, CRM development, UI/UX design, and related technology services. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.
2. Project Agreements
Each project is governed by a separate agreement that outlines scope, timeline, milestones, payment terms, and deliverables. Changes to scope require written approval and may affect timeline and cost.
3. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in project agreements. Typically: 30% advance, 40% at mid-milestone, 30% on delivery. Late payments may result in project suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables become the client's intellectual property. Third-party libraries and frameworks retain their original licenses.
5. Confidentiality
We sign NDAs upon request. All client data, business information, and project details are treated as confidential and never shared with third parties.
6. Warranty & Support
We provide 30-day bug-fix warranty post-launch. Extended maintenance and support plans are available separately. Warranty covers bugs in delivered code, not new feature requests.
7. Limitation of Liability
RuthikshaInfotech's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software.
